When do I need to RSVP by?

Please have your RSVP in by March 15th. We will not be able to accommodate late RSVPs as our wedding venue and vendors need exact numbers by a certain date. To RSVP, please follow the QR code on your invitation.

Getting to Villa Gamberaia

From Florence airport - a 29 minute drive

From Florence train station - a 21 minute drive

From Pisa International Airport - 1 hour and 10 minute drive

We recommend getting a local taxi to take you directly to Villa Gamberaia.

Are all wedding events inside or outside at Villa Gamberaia?

Weather permitting, all wedding events will be outside.

Are children welcome?

Our wedding day will be an adult-only event from the ceremony to late night so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

For the welcome party and farewell brunch, children are welcome.

The Attire

Welcome Party - Cocktail attire 

For the ladies, we ask for knee-length to midi dresses. Please note that the villa grounds are mostly grass so please choose your shoe accordingly. A thicker heel or flat is encouraged.

For the gentlemen, we ask for suits and ties optional. 

Wedding Day - Summer formal

For the ladies, long flowy dresses. Bold colors and prints are welcome. 

For the gentlemen, summer suits in lightweight fabrics and colors are welcome with a tie encouraged.  

Farewell Brunch - Casual

Sun dresses, shorts and button downs, sandals...please wear whatever you feel comfortable in. 

Events and Arrival Times

A more detailed itinerary with event arrival times and other details will be shared closer to the wedding. For guests staying at Ville Sull’Arno, a transportation schedule will be shared with you for pickup and drop offs to the Villa.
